About Me
I’m Patrick Ablett, a passionate sports massage therapist with over 18 years of experience. My journey began over 30 years ago as a Prison Officer, where I first developed a strong commitment to health, fitness, and wellbeing. Eighteen years ago, I qualified as a Physical Exercise Instructor and began my training in sports massage — combining these skills to support others in improving their performance and recovery.
Now running my own private practice, I deliver specialised treatments designed to enhance sports recovery, relieve tension, and optimise movement. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs, ensuring a personalised approach to your health and performance goals.
Sport has always been a major part of my life. I’ve proudly represented the British Prison Service in badminton at the Police & Fire World Games, and I now enjoy playing golf. I have my Body Master Method® practitioner diploma. I am accredited by the Sports Therapy Organisation and fully insured. I’m also a British Weight Lifting Instructor and hold a Level 4 qualification in Mechanical Lower Back Pain, along with FA-approved training in the treatment of injuries.
My mission is simple: to combine my decades of experience, knowledge, and passion for sport to support your recovery and keep you moving at your best.

Sports Massage

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy can help improve blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation. It may also aid in reducing inflammation and supporting the body’s natural healing processes
Kinesiology Taping
